3. The Services

Carbotor provides information about its pyrolysis equipment and the CarboSource deployment programme, an "express-interest" enquiry form, and a field application for capturing field evidence. 5. Acceptable use

6. No guarantees (important)

Carbotor makes no promise or guarantee of carbon credits, revenue, payment, registry approval, or eligibility for any scheme. Field data is provided by users and we do not warrant its accuracy or completeness. Nothing on the Services is financial, legal, investment, or professional advice.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, their content, and the names and logos Carbotor, CarboSource, Chamelion.ai, Pyro-Crawl, and MACPU are owned by or licensed to Carbotor. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services as intended; no other rights are granted.

8. Third-party services

The Services rely on third-party providers (for example cloud hosting, email, and SMS providers). Their terms may also apply to your use.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carbotor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant Service in the 12 months before the claim, or, where you paid nothing, to INR 1,000.
